- Registration and Accounts

If a payment is declined, reversed, refunded through a chargeback, or otherwise not successfully completed, we may suspend access to the related product or service until the matter is resolved.

- Access to Courses and Services
5.1
Course access is granted for the period stated on the course page, order confirmation, learner dashboard, promotional offer, or voucher terms.
5.2
Access may depend on device compatibility, browser support, internet connection, and other systems outside our control.
5.3
We may apply fair-use limits where necessary to protect the quality, stability, or availability of the platform.
5.4
We may make reasonable changes to course content, course structure, assessment format, platform design, or support arrangements without reducing the core service promised to you.

- Certificates, Transcripts, Assessments, and Results
6.1
Certificates may be issued only where the relevant course has been completed and any stated assessment requirements have been met.
6.2
Transcripts, certificate options, and assessment outcomes are subject to the information shown on the relevant course page or product page and any additional rules published by us.
6.3
We may withhold, cancel, or reissue a certificate or transcript where we reasonably believe it was issued in error, obtained through misuse, or connected to a breach of these Terms.
6.4
Certificates issued by Edu Xpress reflect course completion only and do not guarantee employment, promotion, regulatory approval, professional membership, or formal qualification status unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
6.5
It is your responsibility to ensure that any personal details submitted for certificate or transcript orders are accurate at the time of ordering.
- Vouchers, Bundles, Refunds, and Cancellations
7.1
Where voucher-based access is offered, you must redeem your voucher in accordance with the instructions, validity period, and eligibility rules shown on the relevant promotion or redemption page.
7.2
Unless a course-specific or promotion-specific policy states otherwise, bundle courses or bundled offers cannot be split, exchanged in part, or refunded selectively.
7.3
If you purchase a course, product, or service directly through Edu Xpress, you may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase, provided the course or digital content has not been substantially accessed, completed, downloaded, redeemed, or otherwise consumed.
7.4
If significant content has already been accessed or used, we may refuse a refund where it is fair and reasonable to do so.
7.5
Certificate, transcript, and other personalised service orders may not be refundable once processing has started, unless required by law or unless we made an error.
7.6
If we need to cancel a course, service, or paid product that has not been provided, our liability will be limited to refunding the amount paid for that affected service.
7.7
Any exchange, upgrade, transfer, correction, or replacement is offered at our discretion and may be subject to availability and additional charges.

You must not use our services in any unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or disruptive way.

12.4
Our total liability for claims arising out of or connected with a purchase or service will be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim arose, except where a different limit is required by law.
- Termination
13.1
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay amounts due, use vouchers improperly, or act in a way that may harm our business, systems, learners, staff, or partners.
13.2
You may stop using our services at any time.
13.3
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property restrictions, and any provisions intended to continue after termination.
